SUMMARY - NOT secure, no way to contact just park, not all spaces usable, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND if you can possibly avoid and are likely to be under any sort of time pressure fair warning as said by other reviewers, the intercom is missing and has been smashed off the wall so the gate is simply open with no chance of contacting just park if outside of hours and even in hours it's very difficult. The whole parking area is VERY small and tight, when we arrived there were only 2 spaces vacant and a ENORMOUS Range Rover had parked in the middle of them making the ones either side hard to access, one completely impossible for anything but a Smart or KA sort of car and the other needed some VERY creative turning using sensors and my partner as guide to get in diagonally between the Range Rover and front the bumper of car in the next perpendicular space. We booked this for a hospital appointment and had left in good time, but we used up our whole 30 minute buffer trying to contact Just Park and then eventually manoeuvring into the only usable space which would have been impossible if I were driving alone. it's a shame because in all other respects it would have been an excellent parking area in a brilliant location at a reasonable price.

Easy to find with JustPark Logo at the the Entrance. Lots of bay spaces. Secure as it is gated.

Sat nav didn't go right to it but found it eventually. A real good spot for the area.

As arriving to the car park the gate was left open and not closed and secured and all the spaces were taken, so I paid for parking that I couldn’t use due to they’re being no spaces but was not told this might happen when making the booking. I ended up £25 out of pocket for parking I never got to use.

All worked as expected, would recommend. Very practical location near paddington train station
