Prebooked Ibis Greenwich and drove into car park Saturday lunchtime. No available spaces. It’s a dead end with no turning space when full, so had to reverse out, with someone directly behind me who had also prebooked and was seeking their parking space too. Found a very small space and parked. Went to register with hotel receptionist who offered no apology for the issue, closely followed by the other driver who was equally frustrated.

Ibis had over sold parking spaces and there was none left! The car park was tiny and there was 5 people driving around for 25mins who had pre booked and paid so late for the theatre show we booked. Lady on desk didn’t care, said Greenwich was busy due to a festival. When I explained I had paid and there was no parking spaces she shrugged!
