The gate is easily missed but once you know where to enter it is pretty easy with the instructions. Gated so safe and just need to follow the instructions.

Clear enough instructions to get in with the car initially. Unclear how best to get into the car park as a pedestrian when coming to collect the car.

It was very easy and ideal parking for the day

Great app. Do easy to use, very secure with code verification, easy sign up. Lots of choices for parking, very reasonable rates considering it was central London. The option we chose had very easy instructions, great location, gated parking. Will definitely use again.

Super easy to use great space

Canceled a subscription parking space a month ago, 3 days before it was set to renew. Renewed for a month anyway - fair enough, their terms of service indicate that you have to cancel 4 days before renewal. Support won't budge on the policy. Fine. Imagine my surprise when I get charged for yet another month of parking. Support hasn't responded this time, and I don't understand how a cancellation could be nulled by the system. Just a really lousy experience trying to get out of the platform.

I got a few looks from neighbours who were taking photos of my me and vehicle at I was leaving. I had problems understanding how to walk out and the owner of the space was not contactable

Great location, secure , safe area to walk in. Great for the city just outside congestion zone
