Access to the space was blocked by path or drainage maintenance work. I assume it was pre planned as its a BIG project. I had to ask the workmen to move and drive round the block whilst they moved. overall, it was resolved, but stressful at the time with traffic building up behind me, and I was afraid I would miss my appointment.
