There was a car parked in the location where I was meant to park.

An excellent space, thank you. The owner, Paul, was very helpful and resolved an issue that had arisen due to another driver's mistake. This was hugely appreciated and I would not hesitate to use this space again. Highly recommended.

I arrived and found another van parked in my reserved space. I contacted the owner, and they told me to park ‘somewhere nearby,’ which defeated the purpose of booking a guaranteed spot. I even sent photos to confirm if my alternative parking was acceptable, but I received no reply at all. Communication was poor, and the space was not reliably available. Future users should be aware that the reserved spot may be occupied.
