Very confusing car park with little signage on entry and exit. Barrier wouldn't let us out on last day and had to wait ages for help.

It was easy to sort out on line and book.only crappie bit was just cos we were there 10 min early when we left had to pay another £5.but thete were plenty of spaces so it weren't like we were waiting.plus we left early before our time.so I get it if we were over our time but we weren't. We were just a little bit early getting there

The car park was a little difficult to find. Entrance was quite concealed but once we knew where it was it was fine. Good safe parking.

Why was there no pedestrian signage directing me to exit doors? Seriously, I could not see the exit door.
On your advance instructions you don't say the "Open Barrier" button only appears once your parking session is active. It made understand your instructions confusing.
When I did drive out, and I pressed "Open Barrier" I got "Error Code 1000". Luckily the help person on speaker was OK and ket me out. I trust I will not be charged ££££ extra as the app doesn't work and know my car left!

All very easy except, as it is mainly used for car rental returns there no clear signs pointing to the exit but many signs for Avis etc returns.
