Apex Parking - Victoria Car Park

The barrier system is not the best. Would be easier if the open barrier button acctually worked

Not really signposted outside. Inside there were so many signs for different companies I wasn't sure I was in the right place. There were a couple of signs that Said APEX parking but had specific number plates on them. No directions to a specific area. Difficult to navigate driving inside, no clear directional arrows. Had to call to find out where to park. Couldn't find the pedestrian exit, again not signposted anywhere, wandered around getting distressed for about 10 mins, couldn't find any signs or parking attendant. Called again, unhelpful, just kept telling me there was an attendant. Eventually found my way out through an unmarked, random door. On return was okay until I tried to find the way out, again, no signposts or directional arrows. Found the exit then they tried to charge me again for parking and the attendant eventually let me out. Not happy at all.

Brilliant experience

There were a lot of reserved spaces in the car park. So parking was awkward and tight to get into a space. We paid in advance for our parking space, but on leaving was asked to pay again. Had to get i touch with them to ask for barrier to be lifted to leave. Location was good otherwise.

More info on arrival, no staff,was asked to pay £25 on exit

Useless never pick up phone rang them like 3 times and wasted over 20 mins. Said park anywhere when all i could see is apex parking reserved which i would have though would be for me coming from 5 hours away but no had to circulate car park 5 times adding 15 mins to the time. The car park has no lifts no directions barriers didnt open had to wait 5 mins again waste of my time all in all stay away. Would ask for a refund for the time wasted near to 1 hr but will i get that lets see.

I only thought about parking last minute and these guys were so easy, and quick. Literally booked in, drove up to the place, doors opened. Parked anywhere like it said on instructions, came back at our time and drove out. Will use again and recommend as it was such a great experience. Highly recommend.
