Care Park Victoria Car Park

Near to Victoria bus / coach station.

I had to pay an extra £5 because I entered 12 minutes early. Other just park car parks give grace. Make sure you turn up on the dot that you've paid for. Do you give refunds for the minutes you haven't used ? I paid for parking, car insurance and then charge £5 for 12 minutes. In the end wasn't worth it.

Easy to use app. Really is the best price for parking in Central London. Secure parking and the place felt secure and was nice and clean. App even links to Google maps for directions. Doesn't get better than this.

Excellent. Drove up. Car reg recognised. Shutter door raised. Parked. Simply used car reg to enter/leave/enter car park as a pedestrian. £28 for parking day pass much cheaper than coming in by train from Reading at £111.40 for two! And we could park close to the neighbourhood we wanted to visit. ULEZ compliant car and we were outside the Congestion Zone. Luckily I have a separate large SAT speed display (bought for £6 from Aliexpress) so I can monitor my 20mph speed!

Good parking place

Easy to find and secure parking. The stairs were a bit difficult to find when leaving and arriving to collect the car, so we walked up the car ramps instead. Friendly security officer, who gave instruction through the intercom and opened the exit barrier for us instead of having to find the office when we got back or entering any codes etc.

Great experience

I arrived 30 minutes early to the car park and used the extend booking option in the app. The new price was £1 more than the original quote with which I was happy with so I went ahead and confirmed but I subsequently discovered that this was a whole additional fee rather than just the additional £1. I have been charged over £38 for what should be £19. I spoke to customer services who told me that there was nothing that they could do but suggested I should've cancelled the initial booking and started again. Disgraceful service.

Had to call support to locate parking levels .Drug addicts outside entry and exit. Felt unsafe
