Easy to find, lots of spaces so parking my ioniq 5 was fine. Pedestrian exit wasn't well signed. No problems leaving, just pressed exit in the app as per instructions and the barrier opened.

Booking process via app is very easy. I prebooked while at swindon, got to London and the parking on time + it was easy to find with Google maps. however I agree with other reviews that parking bays may be quite small and narrow. I saw a small car bash her side when trying to reverse out of a bay. I drive a Nissan advance SUV and was lucky to find a large space enough. otherwise it's a wonderful parking space location. BTW, I paid 17:30 gbp for 6hours because I prebooked.
