Generally it is a good location with reasonable price. The exit procedure can be improved - I had to press 'Help' button at the exit and let the staff know I have paid via JustPark.

There's a sign saying for Just Park customers to validate their parking at the office, but this was closed both when I arrived and when I left. On exit, had to press the Help button on the machine to contact someone. Gave them my VRM and was able to exit.

Instructions confusing
Very unclear
Couldn't get into the parking on foot.

Exit sign and surface signs not showing clearly and it's turned out like a maze,struggle to find EXIT!!!
This is cousin delay and extra charge. App won't let me to extend parking time. :(

The car park is easy to find and entry was no problem. However, it wasn't clear which spaces were available for Just Park customers, and in the end I took what felt like a chance, being uncertain when I did leave the car that I wouldn't have a ticket when I got back.
On trying to leave the car park, it was not clear that I needed to get out of the car to use an exit panel. The security guard I called for help was less than friendly. When I did use the exit panel it appeared that I needed to pay again, and it was necessary to show the email confirming my booking to said security guard before I was able to leave. Fortunately I had returned to the car park early otherwise I would have ended up overstaying. The levels aren't clearly marked (nor is the pedestrian exit route) so it took some time for me to reorient myself and find my car.
This car park is very conveniently located and I probably will use it again, now that I know how it works, but it was an unnecessarily stressful experience yesterday.
