Booking was easy
I missed instructions where to park once I was in the park house, which was under construction
Big downside: one couldn’t get out easily. Twice I got stuck at the exit because the barrier didn’t lift, it took a while for someone to answer my calls and let me out.

All good. Easy to find & safe to park.

No-one there on site. Took me and other people waiting to leave nearly half hour to come out of the car park. The people on the intercom were useless and generally a very unprofessional way of handling any sort of enquiries when entering or exiting the car park.
