The only issue that I had with parking is the outside entrance area was very cluttered and there was two times where vehicles were obstructing the way in and out.

Absolutely shocking. Arrived at the car park, road closed so no access to car park, spoke with workmen who advised company had been given plenty of notice and that no access could be gained. Attempted to ring the number provided countless times - no reply. Booked another car park at further expense. Do not use.

Finding the parking was easy, parking itself was self explanatory, well lit areas, car was safe. Overall the only downside was the smell in the pedestrian stairways.

Very bad and poor turned up to find the road closed had no access to parking we had paid for ,2 days! Went to speak to the police officer who advised the company does the same this every year takes peoples money knowing the road is closed. I still have not been contacted by the complaints team in relation to getting my full refund and compensation as I had to pay for alternative parking ! Never book or use this site it's a scam!
