Q-Park Queensway Car Park

Easy to find and barriers opened up straight away upon entry and exit (I had pre-payed) Only issue I had was it was easily accessible to anybody. The large metal gates were wide open, and the secure pedestrian door was wedged open, or possibly the handle was broken. The stair case smells of old urine. Spaces are tight but plentiful.

Very out of the way, my car was left safe and didnt get any damage while parked, it’s easy to book and park here

Dear JustPark, I was one of a number of people owes cars were stuck at the above location yesterday morning. We had purposely planned to leave early, arriving at the parking location at 08.45am as we had our Granddaughter’s birthday party to arrange, during the afternoon. When we arrived the outer exit gates were not working and despite our repeated calls to your helpline in Leeds, we were stuck for almost 1.5 hours, eventually leaving around 10.10am! This has a huge knock on impact for our plans for the day. It also prompts a welfare concern as there was no override system available to enable us to exit the car park. My invoice receipt number is #80466835, your help desk apologised and told us due to these failings, as a minimum, we should expect a full refund. Sincerely, Chris Place

Really easy process. No problem accessing the carpark or finding a space. Staff were on site so felt safe late at night. Would ddfinitely recommend as excellent value for money.

Very disappointing all over and most definitely not use again. So this is my first negative experience of parking using JustPark. The price that I paid through the app was actually more expensive than me just turning up and parking, not by a lot but it was still more expensive. The car park wreaked of urine in the stairwells, something had dripped from the ceiling above my car during the stay and has left a dry residue that is proving hard to remove across the whole of my windscreen, the drive home was interesting! There was no one in the car park office for us to obtain the code to use the toilet! Outside the entrance were a lot of guys smoking weed which wasn't a problem until you realise that the pedestrian security door was not secured and left unlocked.

Booked in advance. Didn’t need to get out of car either way. Reasonably priced charging 66p/kwh. Didn’t need to break my trip by stopping on the way home. Really close to the tube.
