Fulham Road Car Park

Unfortunately we could not get into the carpark as the gate would not open. Tried to call customer service no answer. If the poeple from the shop would not have come out into the backyard we would have been able to enter the carpark. Nearly missed my appointment at the Embassy through it. So will most likely not use you again.

The technology for entrance and exit worked very well. However the parking bay marking was poor and illogical , aircon units overhanging the spaces and mounting bracket intruded into the space damaging my car. When did one of you representative last inspect the car park ?

Ok it was wonderful.

Everything worked as planned (access,doors, app ...) Parking the car required quite some manoeuvres as space is limited and narrow. Lots of dirt outside

the first obstacle I faced was the app not linking my booking, so I called customer service the day before and they very kindly gave me my code to get in the car park. However, when I arrived at the car park the code did not work and I called customer service with no answer, I couldn't wait for too long as I had a wedding to attend at Chelsea Town Hall. I ended up using a different car park. I would like to get a refund since I did everything right but was let down by your company.

The car park had some sort of spike at the top of the rant that severely damaged my bumper on the way out. The spike thing stands up (quite similar to the ones that are put onto roads where something is one way) and given the fact that i have a Merc the suspension is very low so it scarped as I drove out. The turning space in the car park is awful and some of the spaces have walls that block you from pulling all the way in. I wouldn't park here again as I will have to completely repair my Bumper at my own expense.

EASY ,EFFICIENT AND OFFERED A CHOICE OF PARKING SITES

Easy to find and very secure. Little difficult to manoeuvre when parking though.

Pond Place car park. I was not sent any instructions as to how to get in. waited for hours ringing telephone nos. after 3/4 hour and 2 previous phone calls was finally admitted. The site started speaking German to me. This was appalling.
