We stayed at the close by Premier Inn and this parking space was perfect. Easy to find using sat nav and exactly as described.

Website was clear and easy to use. Parking site was as offered. Communications on finding the parking place were clear and accurate. It all worked well.

I've parked here many times but on this occasion I arrived and the space was already taken. I was left stranded with my car, which resulted in me being late for a client meeting and ended up paying £60 to park elsewhere. Space Owner not responsive to my calls. Just park never refunded me for my additional parking charges nor did the space owner. I was hoping g the space would be available at lunchtime, but it was still take . I was informed the person parked there was a just park customer and didn't have the reservation for that day. However, no penalty for this or refund for my additional out of pocket charges. Completely unacceptable. Be warned.

I tried to locate the parking and couldn't find it. I asked people in the area, tried the bell and couldn't get access to the garage but it looks like its on the street but it isn't on Polock Street. I had to go and find other parking in the area which is very difficult.

Excellent location! We were staying at The Hoxton and we were a 5min walk away. Super close to Southwark Underground station too. Will definitely be using again.
