Q-Park Park Lane Car Park

Prepaid parking spot. Couldn’t enter. Had to take a ticket to open the barrier. Paid ticket immediately to avoid double costs (10,95£ !!). Few hours later couldn’t exit. So we missed our Eurotunnel in Folkestone… Lost nearly 1 hour. Update: after complaining, immediate response and very helpful solution (refund)

Very pleased with parking. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was number plate recognition failed both entering and exiting so had to call attendant.

Easy to find , most importantly very safe and secure. Parked in and around London several times and this is definitely the safest and most secure . I was with my family and we didn’t get back to the car park until late evening.

Parked on Park Lane. Very easy to book and not expensive. Instructions nice and clear. Gates all opened automatically and found space easily. Car park very clean and well lit - felt safe walking to exit. Easy to extend time. Would certainly recommend parking here.

The barrier did not open on number plate recognition or using the barcode. Wasted lot of time. Then a gentleman came, told that this booking is for ‘just park’. But he let me in with a ticket. Also warned me that on exit the barrier may not open. So I had to call on the intercom to get it open. Not a good experience for a first time user.

Better directions from/in Hyde Park on foot please. Especially after an event.
