No the app would not work then had to wait on a phone call to get through

Finding the car park was so difficult because the instructions about the entrance was not clear. Had to go around asking people and local businesses. Then we could not get the barrier open because there was no link on the app for the first day. Had to call the contact center for someone to open the first barrier from her side because the code she gave over the phone didn't work. The second gate opened once in the yard then we found the parking space too tight for a 7 seater. Then when we returned at about 8pm we couldn't get in from the first gate so rang the office again. Then had to ring back for the second barrier to be opened. Getting the car out of the parked space was so tight, we were lucky that we didn't scrape the sides. When I asked if I would have to go through the same stress the next day because we booked parking at the same place for 2 days, the operator told me if the app options are not there then I will have to call them. Wasted good hour in the morning with all this which I paid parking for and then the evening about 30min. Second day was okay because all barrier and gate opening links were on the app for the second day. Will not recommend this site for larger vehicles.

Couldn't get access to the car park and had to park elsewhere despite their support team trying to open the gate remotely.

The electronic gates did not work with the app. I ended up having to park on the road for 4 hours whilst they sorted it. No one did!!! Only way I got in was a local let me in. I would be very! wary to use this again.

Gates would not open, could not get in, customer service couldn't open the gate, made me late for my appointment and lost money on a reservation. Do not book here!

This was the worst experience of my life. The camera did not recognise my number plate so the gate did not rise. I called the help line but noone answered for over 2 hours so I missed my appointments. I will NEVER use this service again!

Very convenient and affordable price.

The parking is not suitable at all. Firstly I had a huge issue with opening the gates when returning to my car. The buttons the app provided to open the pedestrian gates and parking gates did not work. I had to wait outside alone (I am a woman, thank Goodness it was not night time) - for another car to drive down the drive and open both gates. As the pedestrian and front gates were not opening from my phone. So very disappointed and would NOT recommend this parking garage at all. Safety of users and usability cannot be guaranteed.
