The entrance has a post in the middle making it impossible to turn directly into. It needs a multi-point shuffling turn to get the car in. Its so tight (in our small car) that its ridiculous. With less than an inch or two of clearance each side we managed to get in. Spaces were equally silly. Super narrow, or with overhanging pipework that would hit most cars. This isnt a car park. It's someone cashing in on a tiny bit of left over basement. The gates did not open with the app either, so you have to get out the car to enter a long code, same on the way out. No pedestrian exit either so you feel trapped until you realise you have to enter that long code to get out on foot too. Booking process was good, and flexible. Thats the only redeeming feature.

We read the reviews and noted that lots of people had said not suitable for big cars so we used my husbands VW Id3 (golf size). The car park is incredibly tricky to access as it’s on a narrow one way side street and it’s nearly impossible to swing into the gates as there are bollards at the entrance and a large structural pillar on the middle of the entrance. We managed to get in after I got out the car and guided him in. Great location but be warned about the size of vehicle you take!

It safe its easy to access

The entrance doors don't open properly, there is very tight entrance, I scratched my car as the space is very tight and the doors lockers are proeminent and don't have visibility when entering. Do not recommend

great parking for the west end, however very small space to get in, ended up scratching my car and i have a small car, other than the space good priced and good location

The getting system caused a huge dent in my vehicle.

Great central location. The listing mentions tight access. It is VERY tight. The entrance is on a corner of a narrow one way street with bollards along the edges. It's hard to get a wide enough turn to fit between the narrow entrance. Just enough space for my Audi A3. Anything wider or longer would really struggle.

Entrance not immediately obvious, I overshot it as the gates only open with code (read the email). I was driving a small city car (Peugeot 107) so the tightness of the spaces was not an issue bigger cars may struggle. Otherwise great, secure and rather underground and secret agent.
