I made a booking last night and when I checked it was miles away from my destination so I cancelled by email 10 minutes later and re booked for the same time and date at a car parking space 3 minutes walk from my destination. Looking for refund of £16.19

It is extremely hard to get into the car park. Be very careful. There's a big pillar in the middle of the drive.
