Unfortunately we alerted staff as there were two older youths wearing masks that were clearly up to no good and hid when they saw us and made my partner feel particularly unsafe.

The parking space was excellent although the entrance to the car park entrance is very tight to turn into.

I am surprised Just Park are connected with what I can only describe as a basement poorly made into parking
spaces.
The entrance is narrow due to the huge entrance pillar and has narrow street access. The spaces are small and difficult to manoeuvre in and out of...anything bigger than a small car should not be using, indeed Just Park should advise of such.

Very tight entrance even for my little car, but Pin worked fine and exactly where the instructions and photos showed it to be so no trouble finding the secure gates .

You knew the vehicle reg & make before you took the money. The Renault was badly damaged due to the hight of the van & low ceiling.
One of your employees couldn’t care less when he saw what happened. I expect a full refund & an update in your system to adjust for size. I’m also expecting you to repair the damage.
