Q Park Mayfair Car Park

The pedestrian door was ajar so I was a bit concerned about personal security, although as I couldn't see the QR code on my booking I was also relieved I could get back into the car park without having to show it!

The barrier didn't open on entry so I took a ticket. Then on exit the barrier wouldn't open; I had to call Just Park Customer Service and the car park operator to get out. My front and rear number plates are clean and I drove slowly up to both entry and exit barriers.

It was great when I came down I did not have a clue on were to park and needed somewhere and just park was there to help me. So thank you for being there to help me and having parking at a great price to thank you.

It was so simple, book, arrive and leave. No looking around, no paying to get out, no ticket to worry about. It was simple and I will most certainly use again especially in London!!!

Be careful. They're just waiting for you to leave your car to steal your stuff!!!!!!!

There are many thieves in that area who are just waiting for you to leave your car. As soon as you step away, they will rush to your vehicle and steal anything valuable inside. They broke my rear window and took all my belongings from the back of my car. Without any security in that location, your car is absolutely at risk, making it easy for thieves to steal your possessions or even harm you. No one knows what is happening down there.

The price and the place in this area is very good spots.

Good location, easy access and online process.

Ease of access, driving direction was sent, plenty parking spaces were available.

Normally drive down to London, but thought I'd try parking. JustPark were brilliant! Easy to book and find carpark. Would highly recommend and definitely use again
