system broke down on exit. could not read WR code. Had to phone help. eventually exited after 12 mins. My wife who suffers from Alzheimer's was freaking out and very scared

Wouldn't use this carpark again came back to our vehicle after going to the theatre and the car opposite had been broken into windows smashed louis Vuitton hand bags that were brought as presents and other items were stolen the car park clearly isn't safe! I hope the family get their belongings back so upsetting to see a family in such distress especially just before Christmas!

Supposed to be a secure car park with QR code pedestrian access, but our rear window was smashed for attempted theft of items. So disappointed this happened when it was sold to me as a secure parking space in Mayfair!!!

Good access, number plate recognition for simplicity, lifts to all floors, well lit and plenty of parking spaces in the heart of London, and to cap it all a usable toilet

It is a good service and app. 9/10
My only suggestion would be a finish Parking Booking early option just in case the intended appointment is cancelled. Other than that I was pleased and would recommend the service to friends etc.

Some spaces were tight because of poor parking and lots of big cars and loads of reserved parking for other people but otherwise all really good

Central location, easy access, a lot of spaces available. Problem with accessing the parking area when I returned to pick up the car. Be certain that you will have the QR code.
