Easy access and good for big cars. Simple entry and exit as your car reg is identified from system. Multiple entry service is a bonus. Thats my chosen car park anytime I come into London.

Clean!! Clean lift, Well lit, loads of spaces - not too tight going from floor to floor - easy booking process and offering the insurance for "just in case" was great.

Parking was booked all day from 8.15am all day.
after struggling through london traffic i got to car park at 8.45.
Barrier/ Gate would not open and no kne around too call or talk too.
So not only forked out 36.00 for parking then had to pay for on street parking and move vehicle after 4 hours.
sure its fine once ypu get inside but never again ftom me

All went well until my exit. Someone had locked the gate’s so no one could leave. There was a queue of cars and some has decided to block the entry side, so no one could get in either. I waited at least half an hour to exit, and I believe some cars had been waiting a lot longer than that. Not ideal.
