Q Park Mayfair Car Park

I am so glad I discovered JustPark. My husband works away a lot and now has of work coming up in London. The first of these jobs has just been completed and I booked him a space in a car park near Pall Mall. It worked perfectly!! I entered the date parking needed to commence and the end date and the start and finish times for parking...entered the Registration Number of our car and the barriers automatically opened to let him in when he arrived. Then just a 10 minute walk to Pall Mall We felt safe leaving the car there. It is definitely the cheaper option, as last time he parked in London....we paid £75 just for one day. This worked out at £40 per day and he was working 12 hour shifts. I have downloaded the App...and I will always use in future.

It took me nearly 30 minutes to gain access to the car park, as the QR code scanner did not work, the help function at the pedestrian door did not work, and when I buzzed from the car entrance, it took three attempts to actually get assistance. It took so long that it almost took me over my parking time - and they demanded to see that before allowing me to leave. This is a real shame, as the first time I parked here a year or so ago, things worked very well. Seems like they've let things go.

Was easy booking it but our car broke down last night just as we were due to leave the car parking space and we had excellent service from Just Park helping us with opening the barrier for the RAC van plus we had to leave the car there over night and again I have been on the phone to them so many times and they have been amazing

Car broken into. When I later looked at google reviews this looks a regular occurrence and I'd say either gross negligence or an inside job. So not stay here under any circumstances

I had booked out a parking space at the Q car park Burlington for 4 hours. Everything was fine up until we needed to enter the car park at the end of the night. Unfortunately, due to my phone not having sufficient storage I was unable to download any additional apps onto my phone. However, I had the confirmation email which supposedly had the QR code that I needed to be able to enter the pedestrian part of the parking lot. I looked through the email and there was no QR code provided at all, so we were were unable to enter the parking lot and resorted to calling security to help us. Fortunately and whilst we were on the call, a nice couple were just about to enter the parking lot and were kind enough to let us through. Had it not been for them I believe we would have been way over our allocated time. It would be useful if there was an option to be able to enter the booking or reference number instead of a QR code - this would have made our lives a lot easier in this case.

Quick and the cheap

I returned to my vehicle to find the side window smashed in and door damaged. Note on the back of my car saying it had this had happened the day before but I was not notified. Obviously the pedestrian QR code entry system does not guarantee your car will be safe.

Difficult to find. Not great security, entrance doors open and unlocked so anyone could walk into the car park. But very convenient location. And easy to book at short notice.
