Poor instructions with parking space and ended up having to park elsewhere.

I can't use the parking because there was no instructions, and the reception told me the parking was only for people register their car plat due to business I had to pay alternative parking somewhere else

Booked this parking space, turned up to a closed barrier with no instructions on how to get in or anyway of opening.
There were other people there as well with same issue.
Had to pay £40 to park on the street as could not wait to get through to JustPark
