Booking was clear and all information needed was given before booking and after booking, leaving nothing to chance.
We found the car park clean and well looked after. No issues at all. Staff on exit and when we returned.

Paid £120 for 24 hours parking in central London even though if we would’ve just paid in the car park it would have cost us £60. The car park absolutely stank of urine there were puddles everywhere. Some dodgy looking men with drug taking paraphernalia were also in the car park. Excellent location though and relatively easy to find.

I paid the parking fee 61.49 pounds for Q-Park Chinatown on the 5th of February from 16:30-23:59 online before I drove my car BJ15LJF BMW there, and I parked my car there at 16:38 and left the car park at 22:32, but the car park still asked me to pay the parking fee otherwise I WON'T BE ABLE TO COME OUT. I paid another 55 pounds, could you please check the reason and refund me please!
