Having to download an app then book, we had made a mistake had hit a 5 instead of 6 , trying to change the reg to correct was impossible so then had to speak to entrance button which wasnt answered very properly as at.one point hung up on us , getting out was ok but still had to speak to exit button and took time all this and the pleasure of paying £32.50 was something I dont wish to repeat will not be using this car park again !

Instructions were unclear, because of this we had trouble to leave the parking. Helpdesk apologised but was not able to help or solve the problem.
