Everything went to plan. Location was was perfect for King Edward VII hospital. The car park clean, very secure with easy to park spaces. We will definitely use again

Easy process, worked as it should do. Slightly more expensive than the parking rates displayed in the car park but for me worth it to guarantee a space in London for an important appointment.

A good secure gated parking, automatic registration recognition on in and out of parking. Was 6 minutes feom where I had to go.

I couldn't access the car park. The only way for drivers and passengers to leave or return to their car is via a lift from street level to the basement. If you have cannot use lifts, there are no stairs available to exit! I did not enter the car park. I had a day case operation booked, I had to pay additional on street meter parking fees! I telephoned the call centre help line, explaining, asked for a refund, this was declined as everyone can use lifts apparently, lift access is mentioned in the description, BUT it does not say the ONLY access is by LIFT. The telephone centre just read a description to me, no help, did not understand me at all. Surely, there must be stairs for safety? please bear this in mind if this is important to you.
