None existing address for car parking reservation, No after hour customer service for assistance, Limited option on chat service, No corresponding telephone number for car space owner.. very bad experience, expecting parking ticket

Very bad place to park, cramped, little space , you can not turn around, and on top of that the rear window of my Volvo V60 car was broken , I suppose they wanted to rob me.... do not recommend, the parking lot is not responsible for any damage...do not park there!!!!!!
