Easy to find very secure and space is large enough for 5 series estate but make sure you reverse in.
Unlike me follow the instructions, don't take first left after gate, if you have Estate or long vehicle then it will be 275 point turn to get back out

Good instructions and found the space without problems. Being gated provides additional reassurance. Note that the space is the one on the right as the numbers shown on the picture have come away a lot. Mine is a medium-sized car (MG ZS) and I found it tight turning to drive out of the space forwards. There wasn't a huge amount of room either side going through the entrance. A longer car may have had to reverse out. And a wider car would find the entrance tight for space.

Went to Finsbury park on a Friday for a Gig. Very easy to find and access, felt secure, gated, private. 30min walk to finsbury park. Walked back at 11, lots of people about so seemed safe. Exit out of london very easy no hold ups, didn't get caught in any traffic exiting gig. Tube station leaving did was absolutely rammed literally 1000's of people waiting!! Glad didn't take that option.

Owner needs to indicate the small driveway to turn down once inside the gates. I mentioned to him and he said he would adjust the instructions.
