The O2 Car Park 1 - Events - Indigo

It’s easy to find, and plenty of spaces - but that’s not surprising due to the cost! I only paid it because I saw an offer that if you pay to park they’ll refund it if you spend £35 in the outlet. - then discovered it’s not applicable to capital 1! It’s my own fault because it said it in the small print. Lesson learned. The car park area closest to the venue was all coned off to vehicles, but it’s only a few minutes walk to the venue. Easy to book and well signposted.

So smooth. Made the start of our holiday with no stress, guys were really helpful and lovely. Would 100% recommend and use again! Many thanks!

The website is easy to use but my only criticism is that I have booked parking for the O2 London and have had to pay for a 24hr pass on the day even though I can only use the facility for the duration of the concert, unless it is that I missed how to book a shorter say

I was amazing experience

We were seeing a show at Indigo but we were only able to book Car Park 1 a couple of days before as it wasnt listed. It then said only 2 spaces left! Reality was it was virtually empty and I could have paid on the day for the same car park and saved £'s. No issues with the car park but you are not honest about booking options especially the number of spaces left.

Easy to use, directs you to your spot, numberplate recognition so I didnt even have to mess around with scanning codes. Good price too
