O2 Valet Parking – Easy and Convenient
Drop off your keys and we’ll take care of the rest. Your vehicle will be parked for you at the valet car park entrance, so you can head straight to your event. Valet parking opens 2 hours before event doors and your car will be ready as soon as the show ends.
All passengers will require event concert tickets.
This service is available exclusively for The O2 events, and is suitable for both cars and small vans.

The VIP parking was very disappointing this time. We had to wait for 40 minutes before we could get into the VIP Parking area due to staff turning up late. So we missed out on our choice of restaurant. Upon exiting there was again a 20 minute queue in the tunnel and a further 40 minute gridlock when we left the car park. We've used VIP parking before with no trouble but we felt for the money we paid this time we did not receive the service we should have got.

First time using this service and it did not disappoint. Despite being a little tricky to find, once we arrived the staff were superb. What a treat it was. Made our trip to see Westlife even more brilliant. Will definitely use it again!

It’s says you can park from 10 am ….. unfortunately you can’t not enter the valet parking until 1630 , so have to park in another car park and they move your car , but it’s not stated like that so very annoying
