Dear Just Park,
I tried to extend booking through the Just Park app on the day, just before 8pm ,as I had been detained at work, Unfortunately, the message 'unable to extend parking session' was displayed and so I raced to the car park as quickly as possible. I am extremely disappointed that I have now received a £100 (reduced to 60 if paid within 14 days) fine for going over time by 28 minutes.
I have parked in this car park on numerous occasions through just park and have always arrived to pick up my vehicle early. I would be grateful for any assistance you could provide in order to help me appeal this parking fine.

We were unable to access the car park, as our vehicle was too high. This should have been advised at point of booking. I gave my registration number at time of booking and confirmed that it was a Ford Ranger. I would like a refund, as on my booking I cannot see anything stating that it was only suitable for small cars. We had to find an alternative car park. I would not use Just Park again.

Very secure space, roughly 20min walk to London St Pancras International, however if you have a SUV or a long car please bare in mind that the parking spaces are quite small. Other than that it was great

I received a charge certificate from the borough of Islington. I don't have any idea what my fault was. There is only one direction to enter and exit the parking and if using that direction is wrong, which one is right? I am until now wondering how I get this penalty. I followed the instructions mentioned by whoever is the owner of this car park, meticulously, yet I still receive a penalty. Beware!!! To the people who would want to use this car park, think about it first. No PCN was given to me, they only gave the charge certificate straight away and I am instructed to pay £240. It looks like a trap or modus, so the council can get more money.
