when i arrived the gate was locked and closed. i rang the bells several times but nobody answered. Thankfully i found parking nearby.

AVOID. Booked for a busy day at Lords, only to get there and find gate shut and owners not answering their phone or buzzer. Do you want to risk it when parking for Lords? I'd definitely suggest not. Also, just park outside their house for free at the weekend as residents permits only run Monday - Friday so you don't even need them anyway..

Very safe parking place, wide enough for me to fit an Audi Q3. Very convenient for St John & St Elizabeth hospital, less than 5 mins walk away.

Didn't have any issue with the tree roots others mentioned and I have a low car. Recommend reversing in, much easier to get out in terms of visibility. Great space.
