Upon entering the car park there were no spaces left to use which is less than ideal considering I drove 130 miles to get there
I managed to park it in a corner eventually but clearly something is amiss. Even if there is a limit to online bookings they don't seem to have any control over people using the site locally, ergo there is a HUGE risk that you will not actually have anywhere to park.

No spaces available, had to find my own alternative parking and no option given by customer support, there were 4 cars behind me who had also booked with your service and we all had to go elsewhere. Ruined a start to a day of cricket organised for months and late to the event.

We’d paid to park in Lanark Road, W9. Part way through the parking we went to collect something from the car and found a number of people who appeared to be smoking drugs right next to the car, and had used the car to put their food / stuff on. Needless to say we did not leave the car parked there for the full duration and had to pay again to park in a different location.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE. Shady guys on drugs that will use bricks to break into your car and steal everything. Honestly disgusting that Just Park uses a facility like this.
