Parking on Ladywell Street, E15

unfortunately when we got back to collect the car the gates where locked, there was another couple waiting as well to get there car . no one had a key to let us in so we had to wait about half an hour .

I would like to complain about my parking experience when I arrived the time scheduled there was a metal gate which was locked for the car park. I had to get number 13 to open the gate Which then took 15 minutes as he had to borrow a key from a neighbour? As he didn’t have he’s own key. On return I then had to get number 13 out he proceeded to tell me that he had no key for the gate and I would have to wait. he also suggested that we knock on other doors at 11 o’clock at night to try to see if anybody had a key or Weight for a neighbour to come home We waited over 50 minutes for someone to come and open the gate so we could retrieve our car. We wasn’t the only ones trying to retrieve there car, I was most disappointed on my first use of just park The renter of the car park should’ve had the key but they didn’t.

Used 3 times now for work purposes. Easy to find, plenty of room for medium size van. Would recommend this parking space

No issues. Easy to find, plenty of room. Helpful owners. Definitely use again.
