Very disappointing experience. The barrier didn’t open through the app, and it was difficult to access the car park. The person on the intercom was unhelpful and said they couldn’t assist. JustPark customer service never answered the call, and we ended up standing in the cold for about 15 minutes just to get an exit code. Would not recommend.
