King's Cross Killick Street Car Park

Gate was locked when I returned with no way to open. All the helpline numbers were unavailable or didn't exist. Had to rebook another space in real-time to open the gate on the app. Awful Will not be parking here again.

the door wouldn't unlock as it said I wasn't near location, despite me being right at the front gate with location turned on the phone

Arrived and the was one parking space which was impossible to get into due to location, when I used parking bee they allowed you access Upto 30mins before your due arrival, so I expected the same, this was not the case so having come far and trying to gage traffic I was 25 mins early and had to wait to get access at the time booked from.

bang on location wise and safe as house's leaving with no worries what so ever!!!

Second time using this place. I will be using this again and again!

Car park is very easy to use, especially the open barrier function from the app. Only thing is all the just park spaces were taken so I ended up parking in another bay with no signage above it. Assuming someone else over stayed their allocated time. Other than this was very easy.

Unable to access with code

When returning to collect car the gate would not open with the app. Had I not seen someone emptying a bin I am not sure how I would have gained access.

l app do not work Well command "open gate" fail we must call help to time to go to the car!!!

Parking was easy. Open barrier appeared on my booking as I approached, ensure location services are on your device and everything works perfectly. would recommend and use again. perfect location for KX.
