The car park was good and the attendant came out to ensure I parked in an appropriate bay. Which was great.
I pre-booked as I had never used this car park before. The price quoted was higher than the price at the car park (on site and website) and then I also had a service charge added. Everyone needs to make money but really, have one or the other, not both!

The car park was overfilled, for this reason the people at the car park were arguing with me for me to give them my key which is a big no in London especially. They wanted the key to be able to move the car out of the way as they didn't have enough bays after arguing with them for about 20 mins. They made me park right by the barrier in a vulnerable position for the car as it was a tight squeeze for any other car to pass by.

Just take a ticket when you go into the car park (I was confused about the option of 'open barrier').
The car park is manned and you have to leave your car keys so they can move your car if required, which I was nervous about. But everything was fine and I'd use again

When we returned to pick up our car we could not get out until the car parked behind us returned - a wait of 2 hours and the worry of not knowing when we could leave. Appalling incompetence by the organisers! We will not book one of your car parks again!
