It’s a lot more expensive to book online nearly double the actual price!

I had to give my car keys to two guys who manage the parking. Three rows of parking slots are stacked. So they will move your car to make way for cars behind you - I captured the same on my dashcam. After giving the keys, you won't even get a token or anything. They will ask you to take a photo of a card with a number on it.

Booking service online - great Parking supervisor shocking customer service - he showed us to our space then he demanded we hand over our keys as our car would be blocking another car. At no point during our booking was this explained, indeed, we had read reviews that cars had been damaged. We refused and asked him to find us another spot to which he initially refused. We stood our ground and eventually he found a more appropriate space with lots of grumbling and telling us we had caused him trouble and that he was not happy. I did ask him who the customer was! Parking supervisor (different to the morning) when we returned was much more pleasant. Actual car park facility - perfect location and reasonable cost

Guy at entrance asked for car keys. Had no authorisation. I wasn't happy. Rang JP. They knew nothing of this request. In the end he found a space not needing keys. Cats are stacked 3 in column so 2 need to leave keys. He was rude, no customer service skills. I was late for daughters wedding reception and he even berated me when I returned on time!!! Tried to keep entry ticket, my only proof of entry time. Seems a very shonky business. Please visit and see the situation

I was met by guy who demanded the keys. I said was not in the booking. Parking mostly in 3's so 2 need to leave keys. He was objectionable because I was unhappy to do that. Then he wanted entry ticket, my only proof of entry time. I refused. He thought me difficult. I rang JP. Knew nothing of leaving keys. JP Please visit& update this parking so bookers know situation. They found a space not needing keys at last minute. Was late for daughters wedding reception as result! I Do not recommend- systems not linked to app at all and he asks for email etc.

when we arrived, they could not find our booking. I had reviews of this happening, but, this is NOT their fault but Justparks. The very helpful and patient gentleman showed me his system with no booking from Justpark. He eventually found it through BeePark. I had never heard of BeePark and certainly not booked though them but somehow Justpark must have offloaded the booking to them. He explained this had happened before and was very frustrating for them as well as justpark using an old photo of the garage which did not represent their kerbside look, which also caused confusion for people. I had read reviews of disgruntled people because if these two issues, and i was farbfrom happy to be told my booking couls not be found but it is not Kendel Street parking's fault and please be aware, that if the barrier button doesn't open and they say they don't have a booking for you, that it could be Justpark offsetting the booking to another app like BeePark. Ask to find it via the number plate and please be patient and kind. I regret I wasn't. The parking itself is very convenient for Oxford Street and Hyde Park and very safe with parking spaces suitable for larger vehicles. The gentlemen who work there are also very helpful and patient.

Seriously bad experience. Started with the gate not opening which was then followed by the parking attendant trying to tell me that my booking couldn't be found and I would need to pay him again. He subsequently managed to find my booking, but only after he had tried multiple times to persuade me to pay him more money, and then claim back from Just Park - lying about the fact that this was a different garage than I had booked based on the fact that the barrier wasn't working and that the picture on the app was slightly different was proof that I hadn't paid. He then magically found my booking when I threatened him with legal action. Terrible experience. Best to avoid.

Not very helpful attendant and was quite rude when we asked qs x didn’t like that we had paid via the app and tried to charge again so wouldn’t recommend for that reason

It was a large space with no problems to park easy to find and friendly staff
