After driving 150 miles, I arrived to find the allocated parking space already occupied. As the property consists of flats, I was unable to knock on a door to resolve the issue. I tried calling the contact number provided and left a message, but received no response or follow-up from the controller. As a result, I had to find alternative parking. While the site has since refunded the payment, the lack of communication and inconvenience caused was disappointing.

Great location. Good instructions. Space is a little tight but managed to fit my Mazda CX5

Me and my husband rent a car from Scotland and reached London around 12 midnight. We have been looking around for parking that mostly full or closed. So we were glad we found ‘JustPark’. Easy to use and resolved our problem in just few minutes. We parked just near our hotel.

Metal post is in way of wheels trying to get into space Additional chains and plants on ground makes it extremely difficult to fit a vehicle inside Back of car sticks out into pavement Would avoid this space unless you have a small car

Arrived to find the parking space was being used by another vehicle, took 3 attempts to phone owner. They were very unhelpful and just said they'd cancel the car parking space.

quick and easy , reliable i was very amazed though i parked in the wrong drive way, finding out when i got back to my car a note was left on my window screen. but stilll, good experience

Unhappy as we came back to the car where the bin lids had been thrown over from next door and onto my car. Its hit the car and it has left a light mark and my wing mirror had been hit/turned outwards twice! Owners check the CCTV! I would no use here again or recommend. I drive an Xceed it just about fit as well. The space is tight but that aside it's the damage for me!!

Used Just Park on a number of time and have never had a problem. Easy, convenient and very reasonably priced.
