I am writing to formally complain about an incident involving my vehicle while it was parked on your property. On 8th September at approximately 16:00 a passerby lifted the windshield wipers on my vehicle. While this may seem like a minor action, moving windshield wipers without permission can damage the wiper motor, bend the mechanical arms, or scratch the glass. As a property owner/manager, you have a responsibility to ensure a safe environment for vehicles parked in your lot.Please review your security footage from this timeframe to identify the individual responsible. I request that you instruct your team and visitors to refrain from touching or altering private vehicles.

Really good location, few minutes walk to Brent Cross. Quick and easy exit on to the North Circular Road for the M1 for those heading back North.
