Parking at the Hilton London Metropole Hotel on Harbert Road. Please pay upon departure.
Parking is beneath the hotel and across 2 levels, B1 and B2.
Access to the road is via a pedestrian exit, there are exits on both levels B1 and B2 with a lift in addition to stairs.
If you have not paid for your booking on arrival, the barrier will not open.
Please ensure to enter your vehicle registration when booking or you may be liable to a Parking Charge Notice. This is to ensure the enforcement agency are aware you are permitted to park.

Rip off - parking fees displayed next to the just park sign were completely different to what i was charged.

The entrance was very small and tight to go through, the parking spaces weren't any different, very small lucky enough there were plenty of parking spaces so we were able to park without another car next to ours. Trying to pay for the parking was hectic as the app wasn't accepting the payment and the phone number we rang to pay wasn't accepting it either the call was ending each time we tried. We had to leave as we had somewhere else to get to, we spoke to an agent who helped us to make the payment ( which took 30mins) however, she was not able to help us pay for the time we spent, we ended up paying for the time we arrived to the point of speaking to the agent which was expensive. They should make it easier to pay for parking especially when parking is underground and no signal available. All in all not a very good experience with Just park, hopefully it will be better if I do use it again in the future.

the pricing on the system was wrong. i spoke with the reception and they said they hadn't updated the signage. but I agreed only due to the price shown. I feel you should honor the displayed price - £25
