I was impressed

The space was absolutely ridiculous. The car was too closed to each other. It was difficult to open the doors that the drivers had to climb out of the car from the backseat due to the space as it was too tight.

Completely safe and accessible. Highly recommended.

Awful!! Ce Back to car with someone placing a huge sharp screw in my tyre. This was confirmed by car garage very likely done on purpose due to the angle. I have the screw and will be going to the police with it. And it's funny the passenger side rear wheel was the only one not covered by the camera !!! Someone needs to monitor the cameras better. As they would have seen suspicious behaviour and I believe the perpetrators were parked right next door to me before moving and active very shady. Due to this I could not get back for a family illness in time.

the re-entry into the hotel to get back to the car park was not straightforward. eventually worked out a way in. access and egress instructions need to be more comprehensive for this location

Convenient way to pre book a space, booking was easy. Really close to our hotel. The only downside was the size of the spaces. The only one left we managed to park in but we couldn’t open the doors on either side. Fortunately we were able to park in another space

The smallest spaces known to man! Another JustPark user had parked across 2 spaces so it was unable to be used. Spoke to Hotel and they said this happens a lot. Had to buy another space from the hotel.

Super easy - good directions and easy process

The entrance was very narrow and I was worried that my car would not fit easily. Apart from this getting in and out was ok. There was plenty of parking spaces especially for blue badge parking. Price was reasonable for central London.
