Parking spaces were too tight when other cars are parked. Wing mirror clipped and broken because of this.
Absolutely crap car park and wouldn't trust my car in there again and I only have a hatchback!

The just park experience was seamless and number recognition worked perfectly.
The spaces are tight so I'd recommend adding some extra time to manoeuvre.

Unsure where to park.
No one to ask and nothing available on app that I could see.
The fact I could add in more time was awesome.

No issues at all with the parking was all great and secure. I am somewhat irritated as when I booked the parking the previous evening it said it was guaranteed with a price promise that the rate would be the best hence it was better to book in advance. I paid £38.99 for the Sunday. However when at the parking lot there was the pay schedule on the wall stating that weekend rate was £24!!! I have been overcharged by £14.99 .... that's not good at all. I spoke to Mohammad at the call center on the Sunday and he said to email customer service and they would issue a refund for the difference. I will be doing that now. I have a photo of the site rates with stipulated prices on it. Parking was all great just the issue with the cost/money overcharge.

Once you realise that B2 is in the 2nd level down it's all clear, and indeed the spaces are clearly marked 'Just Park'. Wide enough spaces for a Volvo estate (few of those in London) and plenty of them on the day. Very good.

It was easy to find and park. Just be careful the spaces are quite narrow, perfect for a small car but might be tricky for a bigger one.
