London Hilton Metropole Car Park

Space too small to be usable.

No hassle going in. No hassle getting out. Had to change car registration last minute. An overall excellent experience.

We got locked in because the barrier did not go up on leaves by and the security gate came down behind us - slightly panicky 10 mins until security raised barrier for us

Very easy to book, also downloaded the app to make it easier and use quickly. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is we had an issue upon exiting. The barrier wouldn't open & the open barrier button on the app & email said we were not near the barrier. We were sat right infront of it. Luckily there were no cars behind us. Pressed the car parking help buzzer & they opened the barrier.

Will fit a car in the space, but you're left with no room to actually get out.

Really easy and hassle free parking.

No instructions on how to exit the car park. Waited outside the gate locked out of the parking lot for a long time. No one picked up on the help number outside the gate and no one answered the intercom.

Justpark made it easy for me to find parking for my hotel and showed prices for other parking nearby. It was easy to sign up and pay very quickly and last minute.

Parking at this point was easy, but what would make it more better for access is having the access through the immediate entrance at the Hilton would make things so much better, since sometimes this access is closed off.
