They did not have a parking space available. I had to park on the street and buy other parking. The reception guy said that unauthorised cars park there and this is why there is no parking space available. If they know the problem, they should put in place controlling mesures. I would appreciate a refund.

Location easy to find, but there weren’t actually any available spaces when I arrived, despite booking / paying in advance. Thankfully, there were 2 spaces at the very end - but it was unclear if these were included. Very narrowly avoided being clamped as it turns out these spaces are not included and are private property - despite appearing part of the Courtyard. Security Guard very understanding because this happens often. Not pleased given this was £30 and the space wasn’t available. Would avoid using again as no staff / support available on site if there are any issues at the time you’re accessing.

When arriving at the parking spot , there were no spaces. Had to go into the building and ask security to find us another spot. Every time we wanted to access the car we had to contact security at the address. All in all a very inconvenient and time wasting experience

Turned up at the location at the alloted time. There was no space available. We asked security staff at Romanian Consulate next door, and they said I was the 4th or 5th person to turn up that day to find no space available and that it happen on a daily basis The spaces are in front of an empty office block. I rang the bell, hoping someone might be there. A man came out and explained his company had just taken on the lease but the parking was not arranged by him. I was so upset. He was so kind and gave me his space. I cannot thank him enough. This experience has really knocked my confidence in the app which is a realy shame.

The parking space was full.
