I am writing to report a deeply concerning incident that occurred today After parking my car in the assigned space and heading toward the entrance, residents from the building began honking at me, demanding that I get off the property. One individual aggressively stormed out of his vehicle, shouting at me to move my car and leave immediately. I explained that I was a paying customer and suggested he speak with the host renting out the space. However, he refused to listen, acted extremely rude, and continuously harassed me, claiming "there is no such thing" as rented parking here and insisted it was my fault for parking on the premises. As a young female driver unfamiliar with the area, this experience was frightening and unacceptable. I felt completely unsafe whether I remained inside my vehicle or stepped outside due to the level of aggression directed at me. Because of this hostile environment, I will not be returning, nor can I recommend this location to others. I request a full refund and ask that you investigate this issue to ensure no other drivers are subjected to this kind of intimidation.

This was my first time using the platform and system, and I found it very simple and easy to follow. It’s extremely convenient and user-friendly. I felt safe leaving my car there, I will definitely use it again and highly recommend it to others.
