Novotel Greenwich Car Park

Hard to find. Tiny garage. Not clear to use any bay available.

I guess the value is nice and clean parking lot but maybe also because of that it wasn't too convenience.

Instructions for gaining access to car park, finding a space and confirming payment via JustPark were all misleading or wrong. For example, no spaces in the car park were labelled as for 'JustPark'.

Very easy to use.

Ridiculously small and narrow car park, managed to get the last space but so tight inside to turn in or out. On the Sunday we left other people had reserved parking but no spaces .

The parking had no spaces marked with “JustPark” as indicated in the instructions. So it was unclear where we could park. The receptionist of the hotel owning the parking told us to park anywhere. Should no space be available then we had to go elsewhere and ask our money back with JustPark. This was not what we expected when we reserved a space.

As it's such a small car park and being overbooked, a driver parked their car against a wall rather than in a bay making it almost impossible for us to reverse out of our bay. Neither Just Park or the Hotel can do anything at all if a car chooses to park and blocks in your car. It took 20 turns and bumper to bumper contact to eventually get our car out of the bay. Despite the ordeal wasting an hour of our life, there's no offer for compensation from Just Park. People can apparently park anywhere they want, even if it's not a marked bay. Ridiculous!

I paid for parking here on Justpark. I have just received a parking fine still from the carpark company.
