No license plate recognition so you have to go into the hotel and ask them to open the door.

Pre booked my parking space, the car park is very small to navigate around especially if you have a higher car. When we drove there, no free spaces and when I went into reception to ask them why there wasn’t a free space she said oh are you sure, well it’s first come first serve. And told me to email JustPark to get a refund.
