Care Park Marble Arch Car Park

The parking was underground and no one in attendance when we arrived. when someone did arrive he said just take a ticket to get in. when I left much later in the evening there was no one there again so I couldn't get out. Had to call just park and speak to a bot who eventually opened the barrier but it took quite a while. if I had had a queue behind me it would have been very difficult. Annoying for them and stressful for me. As a woman on my own it was a difficult experience. A ll my other Just Park experiences have been far smoother than this.

We booked parking in London for an event 9 months in advanced and paid immediately. Today we arrived to park and it was full. Told they could not park us and we needed to find somewhere else. After a heated discussion, we were parked in a different car park. I wouldn’t recommend just park. Go to the parking owner directly.

It was a positive experience with them. The location, booking process, and my overall experience were excellent.

Worth taking a screenshot of booking reference as when I tried to access just park app when leaving to show security there was no internet connection. He kindly let us drive out until the internet clicked in!!

it was really easy to find this car park. The spaces were a good size and it was good to see it had an attendant there 24 hrs. I'd definitely park here again if needed.
