The car didn’t fit into the lift. So I needed tot cancel it, didn’t get money back. Nowhere I could find the width of the lift, I even had a insurance but it’s pointless.

The barrier opened automatically on entrance however it wouldn't open when exiting the car park so I had to call the attendant and she was kind enough to open the gate for us.
