Eccleston Square Car Park

hi all very thing went well we're happy with the our stay it was safe and would use it again

It would have been 5 stars and terrific. However where the car was parked in Gillingham street is outside. Ordinarily fine. But they’re demolishing the building next to the car park and it’s a building site. When I picked up the car it was coated in a thick layer of dust, like it had just done the Dakar rally. And subsequently had to spend £20 getting it cleaned. I’d use the company again, but not Gillingham Street.

Easy to find, reasonably priced secure parking. Booking easy to navigate, location yards from accomidation booked

Easy to use, direction good although the only space left had a disabled marking but the just park sign, after confirmation it was ok to park there big enough spaces and easy to open gate using app on phone would use again

Easy to find the location. Although once through the gates, the parking spaces are not clearly signposted. We accidentally drove down to the lower floor which was not a parking area. The parking area is a left turn through the gate and up a hill. Apart from that, a really great location near Victoria Station. A secure car park and decent sized spaces.

code and app did not work to open gate, very time consuming and inconvenient. Had to rely on other people entering and exiting to allow me to enter each time. " Emergency" phone number took over 20 minutes to answer. A kind lady from office block had to let me in once, she was not happy about it.
