Car park hard to find, not signposted, very small gate entrance, and car stivks out onto road while waiting to get in. App gate opener daid i was too far away, got out of car and went up to keypad, still said i was too far away.tried code from app, this did not work . Had to find operator, he could not open it, had to go and get his phone and open with his code. Parking inside very small swing into small bays. Cars had to back and forward lots of times to get into a bay. Terrible experience, never again.

great parking, could also have use of the toilet facilitys in st peters church, felt safe and was only a 10 min walk to buckingham palace, and other shops.....
