Dobell Road is 4-5 minutes walk to Eltham station,3 minutes to the High Street, 2 minutes from the Eltham Centre. It is a very safe road and althouigh I do not have CCTV I do have ring doorbell which captures movement, and a nightlight that is activagted by movement. The driveway will hold two normal sized motor cars (ny own is usually there) or one car and one van. I have a charging unit installed for electric cars.
