A convenient parking space near Waterloo with great pricing. While GPS may lead to confusion, the location is ideal for accessing central London and staff are helpful. Expect tight spaces, especially in the basement.

Spent 20 minutes trying to even get a space when I got there as everything was either full or it said it's for Enterprise customers and would get fined for parking there. When I finally managed to get a space, it was so tight between the cars that I had to leave my car through the boot. The car park was disgustingly dirty with homeless people living in a corner. Absolutely awful experience, did not want to leave my car there, but had no choice at that point.

The map was very helpful so we could see the best deals near our location and the booking process was very smooth. Getting in and out was also very straight forward. For us anyway. The only thing I would advise is to make sure people know if their car might be too big. There was one garage we booked that was a tight squeeze to get in to even for our regular car, then on our way out we were stuck behind a van that had gotten itself jammed in the exit. I don't know how they managed to get in, but it took some time for them to get back out. Maybe you could indicate a "maximum hight" or something of that sort? They definitely got scratches on their roof.
