Space description
PLEASE PARK IN SPACES AS INDICATED. Two spaces available for small or medium cars only in a small off street company owned car park located at EC1V 2QA, City Road. Not suitable for Vans or SUVs. The space is big enough to fit multiple vehicles so please be aware that other vehicles may park next to you. On entry please drive in and then reverse at a right angle so that the rear of your car is facing the wall. This will make departure much easier. On departure you must turn right as left will take you into a bus lane. Please park considerately and under no circumstances block the access for other vehicles already parked. Ignore the old for sale sign!

The space looks like it fits 4 cars, but in actual fact, it should only be for 2.
When we entered we were the only car which was fine and reserved into the space as instructed from the details.
However when we went to leave, there was another car parked next to us which overhung over the exit. Unless it's a smart car, any car will intrude over the exit making it harder to leave.
I would class myself as an experienced driver and was slightly worried about if I could get out.

I parked as instructed in space nearest the building. When I returned another car was parked next to me. It was longer and jutted out across the exit. If I had been in a larger car I would have been unable to leave. Maybe a note telling people to park hard up against wall or widen the exit. Thq
