We arrived at the paid for time to find another car parked in the space we had been allocated. The car had been broken into both drivers side windows completely smashed. I called the helpline number and no one answered. I left it ringing for a long time. We had to park elsewhere as we had a train to catch and couldn’t hang around any longer. I will never use this company again .

Really easy to find and very reasonable.

First time i used such a schene and it transformed what would have been a parking nightmare. Rarely travelling into the heart of London by car, being able to reserve a reasonabky priced parking space was such a relief. Simple and not too greedy. Highly recommend.

Great instructions, directions and pictures of the space A bit tight for a big MPV but a perfect location, secure parking right near King's Cross. Best to reverse into the spot to make driving out a breeze. It was just steps away from our evening venue which was ideal, closer than we thought :-). Thankyou again xx

I booked the parking 6:15pm to 7:15 pm.when i arrived at parking space as shown in the picture it was already occupied. i called space owner multiple times but he did not pick up the call. it wasted my 15 mins. I parked the car on the other side of stairs. when i come back at 7pm he called me back and i explained that i parked car on the right side of stairs.He said no issues. Nice location in the central London. Quiet and easy to park.

Very easy to book with great locations. Price was fair. Felt my car was safe in a well lite location with CCTV close to the stations

Terrible text and called the place someone was in both spaces. I panicked as a resident told me I couldn't park there. Save yourself the hassle if you're in a rush !
