Parking on Caledonian Road, N1

I booked the parking 6:15pm to 7:15 pm.when i arrived at parking space as shown in the picture it was already occupied. i called space owner multiple times but he did not pick up the call. it wasted my 15 mins. I parked the car on the other side of stairs. when i come back at 7pm he called me back and i explained that i parked car on the right side of stairs.He said no issues. I took the pics for future reference. I had horrible experience and severe mental stress. my experience was horrible as he

Nice location in the central London. Quiet and easy to park.

Very easy to book with great locations. Price was fair. Felt my car was safe in a well lite location with CCTV close to the stations

Terrible text and called the place someone was in both spaces. I panicked as a resident told me I couldn't park there. Save yourself the hassle if you're in a rush !

Good location and access Clear instruction, hassle free

Absolutely brilliant parking space and location for what we needed. We went to DLP from King’s Cross. Smooth transaction, car safe and sound on return, seemed secure. Very happy and we would like to thank the owner. We will defo use again. Thankyou

would advise drivers to park as close to the wall if reversing in, as that it allows space to open doors without worrying other drivers whom park avoid hitting the car door
