Lifts broken and attendant asleep on arrival - at 7:45am!

I struggled to get the boom open to exist the garage!
Exit machine was faulty. Help button did not receive a response for more than 30mins.
Eventually, when I went to the office - I noticed entrance boom was left open and hence I was able to leave the garage. Very concerning for a woman on her own to be in this type of situation....

The car park is in a great location! The barriers opened automatically at both the entrance and exit with no issues whatever!

First time using this system and I will not use it again.
The day before I booked a 4 hour slot (£14.25) but when I tried to leave, the barrier would not lift up and the display said I had to pay £40! I tried finding a parking attendant but there was nobody there. Tried calling JustPark and they were useless. Suggested I pay and then request a refund. What a totally useless service. Now I have to waste time chasing money that belongs to me, at a time when everything is already so expensive.

Leaving the car park is a little bit complicated, you need to inform the worker there before( which is did), but still needed to touch the help button on the exit barrier.
