Exceptional customer service on the telephone when I wanted to change my parking from one location to another. Took a little while to get through, but when I did, the woman I spoke with couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful.

Great all-round. Brilliant location for central London staff very helpful. Only problem i had was i was parking for 5 days but leaving car park every day and returning every day but on Saturday when I returned there was no spaces staff told me to go to top level remove a cone and park there next day i had a letter on my window telling me not to park in this space as it was private parking only

Had to wait for over 5 minutes to leave the car park at 03:00 as security weren't answering the call button. Had to phone customer support, who took ages to pick up and had an almost completely unintelligible phone line.

Leaving the garage was stressful. No parking attendant. Couldn’t properly understand the English of man on phone. Told me to pay £40. I said no I had pre paid. A car was waiting to get out behind me, not good. Finally left out. If you can track plates going in surely you can do the same upon exit especially if no attendant present
