Awful. No gate code for access, told to go to nearby concierge who said they are not responsible for gate. No answer on the phone number provided.

It was not clear at all about where I was supposed to park. I took a guess and didn't get a ticket.

There where someone else parked there. Calling owner and not answering. For JustPark to get him took them over 3 days. I paid £29 on street for few hours.

Neither space was free as they both had cars in them. Owner refused to answer my calls, just replied bluntly to a text with no apology. Spaces are very tight.

Space is constricted by concrete bollards so any normal car could noit fit in it

A little challenging to find - so leave an extra few minutes for this. Otherwise very secure and very simple to enter/exit. I have an Audi Q7. Car parking space was big enough but pillar made it a little bit of a squeeze. Fortunately car park was half empty and no one in the adjacent bay. Otherwise it might have been a challenge.

Highly recommended... safe, secure and instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Space is too small for a car and you need to put your wing mirrors in to be able to reverse in . It's also hard to get into . No idea how it's suitable for disabled drivers

Everything worked as expected
