My whole experience was very smooth. Having read the comments I was a bit concerned but turned out to be fine. I would say that you need to turn right at the bottom of the ramp, If you turn left at the bottom and the numbers are all like 'bh12' and not just the numbers i.e. '12' themselves then you are in the wrong part.

It was easy find, secure with no problems. There’s a button on the app to open the gates to drive down and enter through the pedestrian steps. Will be using again.

I found this whole experience quite stressful. Finding the space took ages as it was a number of spaces that were valid. However they are hard to find, hard to read & do not go in any logical order. I was starting to think there would be none left.
The only space free was right next to a concrete pillar, which made it very tight (and I have a mini). No instructions on how to get out of the car park as a pedestrian. Had to search for that. I wouldn't use this space again.

Parking was great and underground so nice cool. The open button in the app didn't work, but the pincode did the job. Navigate to the justpark Brewhouse Yard in Googlemaps was more accurate then the get direction button in the app. I would recommend this parking spot.

Easy to find a place and park. Very safe and secure. Booking was easy. Compared to central parking places like NCP charges, this was 60% cheaper.
